In this insane Austin housing market Jeff and his assistant helped us find and lock down a house within just a month. Then, Jeff did the impossible and negotiated quite a few concessions from a very hard-to-reach seller. He did all of this with the most positive attitude and made us feel so calm and relaxed about the whole process. Even through some setbacks during "The Great Freeze" in February, we managed to get the absolute most for our money. I can't imagine a better outcome.
